Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral

Eric was absolutely outstanding! His hospitality, professionalism, and helpful attitude went above and beyond any expectations. From start to finish, he made our stay smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work. Honestly, Eric should be running the place . It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile like he does. Thank you, Eric, for making our experience exceptional. You’re truly a 10 out of 5 stars employee!

The room was comfortable and we also had access to the Marriott property next door and all of their amenities. Beach access was right outside of the hotel, and the pool looked wonderful. Unfortunately, our room lacked hot water. They compensated us with Hilton points. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft!

My wife booked the room, said all the rooms have a beach view. While we can see the water from our room, the beach is not visible. Short walk to beach, charged Beach chairs and umbrella to our room. Nice secluded pool with a bar. Hit water never really got hot, was not cold, but was not hot. Plenty of room to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The room was nice, except for the lack of hot water and the "beach view" I would give it a 5 star.

This hotel was amazing. We had booked this hotel after an Airbnb wasn’t the best. We were all the way in Orlando and thought we should check out this hotel, so we booked it and loved it! First, the rooms are great, well taken care of, and don’t smell. The beds were very comfortable for a hotel, the sheets/pillows/blankets were clean. When you walk in, they have “ welcome, (your name) “ on the tv. It was very welcoming! Secondly, the elevators have a smoke free policy so it never smells in there. One of them that I know of always has music in it. One of the elevators are used as a utility elevator, it’s still available. The elevator is still usable, the back door may open or stop somewhere that isn’t your stop. Thirdly, the hotel next to this one is available to use their pool, restaurant, and go inside and see what it looks like! The other hotel does have a pathway to its pool. Their pool is very warm and clean. The pool at this hotel is very cold and still clean. The pool next to this hotel is very much hotter than the one here. Thats the only downside. The hotel is very nice in general and would come back! There is great beach access, you can see the ocean, I think it’s awesome! I definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights prior to leaving for a disney cruise. Fantastic service by all of the staff. We would especially like to thank Shawn for her excellent hospitality in the dining area for breakfast. She has went above and beyond to accommodate our family.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Cocoa Beach, Florida, and I have to give a huge shout-out to two amazing employees who truly made our stay special: Shawn and Virginia. We were celebrating my birthday before heading out on a cruise, and we had a little hiccup with one of the front desk clerks regarding storing some drinks we couldn’t take onboard. While we were trying to figure out what to do, Virginia stepped right in and went above and beyond. She worked with Shawn and made sure we had a safe place to keep our small duffle bag. I mentioned to Shawn that my birthday was the next day, and not only did she wish me a happy birthday — she surprised me with a little birthday basket. It was the sweetest touch and ended up being my very first birthday present of the trip. Thanks to Shawn and Virginia, what could’ve been a hassle turned into a really positive and memorable experience. It’s that kind of kindness that makes all the difference. Five stars all the way!

Very clean. The staff could not have been nicer. My only complaint is the hot breakfast offerings over the 6 days I was there were pretty much the same every day, which I have never experienced at a Hampton Inn (eggs, some kind of pork sausage, potatoes). Happy overall and would stay there again.
